Watt Chargy was the District 3 female in Lightstone123's 326th Annual Hunger Games. She was the district partner of Rebel Groots. Overall she placed 7th out of 28 tributes.
Watt was voted to compete as a District 3 all-star in the 327th Annual Hunger Games along with Courage Blitz. Also Wario Wade and Annabeth March were reaped. Overall she placed 1st out of 56, becoming a Victor along with Austin Aitken, Soot Dustcloud & Cassandra Oracion.

Aftermath[]
After the Games Watt went home to District 3 and lived in peace with Casiedy. She used her Victor earnings to help finance a cure for Annabeth's father and helped her family live a financially secure life. Watt spent several years in District 3 before Casiedy died peacefully from natrual causes. After this, Watt used her Victor status to secure a move to District 12, where she lived with Charce and Soot and helped rebuild the District into something of worth.

- Watt, Mist and Hazel are the only victors from generation 1 and 2 to be confirmed alive in generation 3.
- Watt is one of five All-Stars to improve upon their original placement during the 327th Annual Hunger Games. The other five include Ryan Marine, Vivan Incomstanti, Vlad Rockford & Cassandra Oracion
- Watt is the shortest Victor in the series, standing at 5’1
